Deglet Nour
Deglet Nour is the premium variety in the Tunisian Sahara and has been the diet of the Berber people for centuries. The macro-climatic conditions of the Tunisian oasis, allows an excellent combination of dry heat on top of the date palm, with fresh and pure water for its roots. This produces a fruit with a unique taste and supreme quality. Its translucent gold color and unique flavor gave it its name: “the golden date of the sun and the light”
